Role Overview

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Sales Vice Presidents by identifying potential leads, initiating outbound communications to introduce our Program, and fostering relationships with prospects to secure qualified meetings.

Our Program delivers the advantages of private jet travel without the burdens of ownership, catering to corporations, high-net-worth individuals, and entrepreneurs requiring frequent flights with guaranteed availability at a fixed hourly rate.

This position is ideal for individuals with a strong passion for sales and the ambition to advance within VistaJet as future Sales Vice Presidents.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to the conclusion of the pre-sale process, which includes:

  • Continuously developing prospect lists through proactive phone discussions and relationship building;
  • Conducting research via phone to engage corporations and high-net-worth individuals, enhancing our Salesforce database with accurate names, titles, and contact information;
  • Performing secondary research to compile databases and mailing lists from local business and industry publications;
  • Arranging face-to-face meetings for Sales Vice Presidents with qualified prospects;
  • Enriching the database with relevant customer information to better understand client needs;
  • Managing incoming inquiries from potential customers and stakeholders;
  • Providing weekly reports on key performance indicators, including lead sources, calls made, qualified call descriptions, meetings, and activities completed;
  • Ensuring the database remains accurate and current, updating information post-sales meetings and routinely checking for completeness;
  • Assisting Sales Vice Presidents in analyzing lost sales opportunities to prevent future occurrences;
  • Preparing customized proposals for Sales Vice Presidents based on client preferences.

Marketing Collaboration

  • Working closely with the Marketing team to customize brand communications for prospects and clients in your designated area;
  • Following up on events and direct marketing initiatives to maintain engagement with prospective customers through consistent email and phone communication.

Account Management

  • Facilitating the introduction of Member Services to our growing list of corporate clients to strengthen direct customer relationships;
  • Maintaining ongoing contact with customers post-sale to ensure effective account management, conducting bi-annual reviews, and being available for any queries or feedback;
  • Ensuring the customer experience aligns with what was promised during the sales process by coordinating with internal departments to address customer requests promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and German is essential.
  • An effective communication style suitable for engaging with high-net-worth individuals and executives;
  • A strong commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction;
  • High levels of determination and resilience;
  • Solid financial and business understanding, ideally with some negotiation experience;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications;
  • Previous experience in private aviation is advantageous but not mandatory.
