Role Overview

In this role, you will assist our Sales Vice Presidents by identifying potential leads, initiating outbound communications to introduce our Program, and cultivating relationships with prospective clients to secure face-to-face meetings.

Our Program delivers the advantages of private jet travel without the burdens of ownership, catering to corporations, high-net-worth individuals, and entrepreneurs who require reliable flight solutions at a predictable hourly rate.

This position is ideal for individuals with a strong passion for sales and the ambition to evolve into VistaJet's future Sales Vice Presidents.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage the entire sales process from lead generation to the conclusion of pre-sale activities:

  • Proactively build and maintain prospect lists through phone outreach and relationship-building;
  • Conduct research by reaching out to corporations and high-net-worth individuals to enhance and verify our Salesforce database;
  • Perform secondary research to compile databases and mailing lists from local business and industry publications;
  • Arrange in-person meetings for Sales Vice Presidents with qualified prospects;
  • Enrich the database with relevant customer information to better understand client needs;
  • Address incoming inquiries from potential customers and stakeholders;
  • Provide weekly reports on key performance indicators, including lead sources, calls made, qualified interactions, meetings scheduled, and activities completed;
  • Ensure the database remains accurate and current, updating information as necessary;
  • Assist Sales Vice Presidents in analyzing lost sales opportunities to prevent future occurrences;
  • Prepare customized proposals for Sales Vice Presidents based on client preferences.

Marketing Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to adapt brand messaging for prospects and clients in your region;
  • Follow up on events and marketing campaigns to maintain engagement with prospective customers through consistent communication.

Account Management

  • Facilitate the introduction of Member Services to our growing list of corporate clients to strengthen direct relationships;
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers post-sale to ensure effective account management, including bi-annual reviews and availability for queries;
  • Ensure that the customer experience aligns with what was promised during the sales process by coordinating effectively with internal teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and German is essential;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with high-net-worth individuals and at executive levels;
  • Demonstrated commitment to outstanding service and customer satisfaction;
  • High levels of determination and resilience;
  • Strong financial acumen and business insight, with some experience in negotiation preferred;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications;
  • Previous experience in private aviation is advantageous but not mandatory.
