Role Overview

In this position, you will assist our Sales Vice Presidents by identifying potential leads, initiating outbound communications to introduce our Program, and fostering relationships with prospects to secure in-person meetings for the Sales Vice Presidents.

Our Program delivers all the advantages of a private jet without the burdens associated with aircraft ownership. Our flight solutions cater to corporations, high-net-worth individuals, and entrepreneurs who require regular travel with guaranteed availability at a fixed hourly rate.

This role is ideal for individuals who possess a strong drive for sales and aspire to become the next generation of Sales Vice Presidents at VistaJet.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage the entire activity chain from lead generation to the conclusion of the pre-sale process:

  • Continuously develop prospect lists through initiating phone discussions and building relationships;
  • Conduct phone-based research by reaching out to corporations and high-net-worth individuals to enhance and update the Salesforce database with qualified names, titles, and contact information;
  • Perform secondary research to create databases and mailing lists using local business, industry, and social event publications;
  • Arrange face-to-face meetings for the Sales Vice Presidents with qualified prospects;
  • Enrich the database with relevant customer information to better understand client needs;
  • Address incoming inquiries from prospective customers and stakeholders;
  • Provide weekly KPI reports, including lead source tracking, calls made, qualified call descriptions, meetings, and activities accomplished;
  • Ensure the database remains accurate and up-to-date, including updating information post-sales meetings and periodically reviewing for incomplete data;
  • Assist the Sales Vice Presidents in analyzing lost sales opportunities to learn and prevent future occurrences;
  • Prepare customized proposals for the Sales Vice Presidents based on client preferences.

Marketing Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to tailor brand communication for prospects and clients in your designated region;
  • Follow up on events and direct marketing campaigns to maintain the interest of prospective customers through ongoing contact via email and phone.

Account Management

  • Ensure the proper introduction of Member Services to our expanding list of corporate clients to enhance direct customer and corporate interactions;
  • Maintain ongoing customer contact post-sale to ensure effective account management; conduct bi-annual reviews with clients and be readily available for ad hoc queries or feedback;
  • Guarantee that the customer experience aligns with what was promised during the sales process by proactively coordinating with internal departments to address customer requests promptly.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and German is essential.
  • An appropriate communication style for engaging with high-net-worth individuals and/or at the Board/Director/Executive level;
  • Demonstrates exceptional service and customer-oriented behavior;
  • High levels of tenacity and resilience;
  • Strong financial and business acumen, ideally with some prior exposure to negotiation;
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications;
  • Previous experience in private aviation is advantageous but not mandatory.
