Role Overview

In this position, you will assist our Sales Vice Presidents by identifying potential leads, making outbound calls to introduce our Program, and cultivating relationships with prospects to arrange in-person meetings for the Sales Vice Presidents.

Our Program provides all the advantages of a private jet without the burdens associated with aircraft ownership. Our flight solutions cater to corporations, high-net-worth individuals, and entrepreneurs who require regular flights with guaranteed availability at a fixed hourly rate.

This role is ideal for candidates who possess a strong desire for sales and aim to become the next generation of Sales Vice Presidents at Vista.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the entire process from lead generation to the conclusion of the pre-sale phase:

  • Continuously developing prospect lists through initiating phone conversations and establishing rapport;
  • Conducting phone-based research by reaching out to corporations and high-net-worth individuals to enhance and update the Salesforce database with qualified names, titles, and contact information;
  • Performing secondary research to create databases and mailing lists using local business, industry, and social event publications;
  • Arranging in-person meetings for the Sales Vice Presidents with qualified prospects;
  • Enriching the database with relevant customer information to better understand client needs;
  • Addressing incoming inquiries from potential customers and stakeholders;
  • Providing weekly KPI reports, including tracking lead sources, calls made, qualified call descriptions, meetings, and activities accomplished;
  • Ensuring the database remains accurate and current at all times, including updating information after sales meetings and periodically checking for incomplete data;
  • Assisting the Sales Vice Presidents in analyzing lost sales opportunities to learn and prevent future occurrences;
  • Preparing customized proposals for the Sales Vice Presidents based on client preferences.

Marketing Collaboration:

  • Working with the Marketing team to customize brand communication for prospects and clients in your designated region;
  • Following up on events and direct marketing campaigns to maintain the interest of potential customers through ongoing contact via email and phone.

Account Management:

  • Ensuring proper introductions of Member Services to our expanding list of corporate clients to enhance direct customer/corporate interactions;
  • Maintaining ongoing customer contact post-sale to ensure effective account management; conducting bi-annual reviews with clients and being readily available for ad hoc inquiries or feedback;
  • Guaranteeing that the customer experience aligns with what was communicated during the sales process by proactively coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely responses to customer requests.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and German is essential.
  • An appropriate communication style for engaging with high-net-worth individuals and/or at the Board/Director/Executive level;
  • Demonstrates exceptional service and customer-oriented behavior;
  • High levels of tenacity and resilience;
  • Strong financial and business acumen, ideally with some prior exposure to negotiation;
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications;
  • Previous experience in private aviation is advantageous but not mandatory.
