Role Overview

In this position, you will assist our Sales Vice Presidents by identifying potential leads, making outbound calls to introduce our services, and cultivating relationships with prospects to arrange face-to-face meetings for the Sales Vice Presidents.

Our service offers all the advantages of private jet travel without the responsibilities associated with aircraft ownership. Our flight solutions cater to corporations, high-net-worth individuals, and entrepreneurs who require regular travel with guaranteed availability at a fixed hourly rate.

This role is ideal for individuals who possess a strong desire for sales and aim to become VistaJet's future Sales Vice Presidents.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage the entire sales process from lead generation to the conclusion of the pre-sale phase:

  • Continuously develop prospect lists through initiating phone conversations and establishing rapport;
  • Conduct phone-based research by reaching out to corporations and high-net-worth individuals to enhance and update the Salesforce database with qualified names, titles, and contact information;
  • Perform secondary research to compile databases and mailing lists using local business, industry, and social event publications;
  • Schedule face-to-face meetings for the Sales Vice Presidents with qualified prospects;
  • Enrich the database with relevant customer information to build a comprehensive profile that reflects clients' needs;
  • Address incoming inquiries from potential customers and stakeholders;
  • Provide weekly KPI reports, including lead source tracking, calls made, qualified call descriptions, meetings, and completed activities;
  • Ensure the database remains accurate and current at all times, including updating information post-sales meetings and periodically reviewing for incomplete data;
  • Assist the Sales Vice Presidents in analyzing lost sales opportunities to learn from and prevent future occurrences;
  • Prepare customized proposals for the Sales Vice Presidents based on client preferences.

Marketing Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to customize brand communication for prospects and clients in your designated area;
  • Follow up on events and direct marketing campaigns to maintain interest among potential customers through ongoing communication via email and phone.

Account Management

  • Ensure the effective introduction of Member Services to our growing list of corporate clients to enhance direct customer and corporate interactions;
  • Maintain ongoing customer contact after the sale to ensure effective account management; conduct bi-annual reviews with clients and be readily available for any ad hoc inquiries or feedback;
  • Guarantee that the customer experience aligns with what was promised during the sales process by proactively coordinating with internal departments to address customer requests promptly.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and German is essential.
  • An appropriate communication style for engaging with high-net-worth individuals and/or at Board/Director/Executive levels;
  • Demonstrates exceptional service and customer-oriented behavior;
  • High levels of determination and resilience;
  • Strong financial and business acumen, ideally with some prior negotiation experience;
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications;
  • Previous experience in private aviation is advantageous but not mandatory.
