About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Marshall Harmony. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, developing tailored proposals, and closing deals that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Expertise: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Industry Knowledge: Apply your understanding of selling bespoke solutions, engineered systems, or heavy machinery to a diverse range of sectors, with a focus on offshore/marine industries.
  • Strategic Solutions: Develop innovative solutions that align with customer specifications and industry demand.
What You'll Do
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and technical support.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to showcase products and services to potential clients.
  • Travel to meet clients and strengthen business relationships.

What We Offer
