About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to drive our business growth strategy in the UK, Norway, and Denmark.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute pre-positioning, tendering, and work-winning activities in alignment with our long-term growth strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with senior members of the business, including the CEO, to drive progress and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Provide valuable input to the development of the Upstream business strategy.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement offshore business development pipeline activities, ensuring progress is communicated effectively.
  • Gather intelligence on key clients' strategies and procurement plans.
  • Support the development and execution of the offshore division's long-term growth strategy.
  • Create compelling executive summaries and deliver striking presentations to clients.
  • Leverage company resources to differentiate Altrad and secure opportunities.
Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in bid/tender management, business development, and sales.
  • Strong networker and relationship builder.
  • Extensive experience in securing opportunities in offshore and upstream sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and delivering tender submissions.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Proven track record of driving growth through winning tenders.
  • Exceptional leadership and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficient in preparing and delivering presentations.
