Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Democratic Services Team as a Senior Democratic Services Officer. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient delivery of our Democratic Service function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination of formal and diverse meetings, including School Admission and Exclusion Appeals.
  • Support the organization and delivery of elections.
  • Develop and maintain productive and effective administrative support as part of a team.
  • Prioritize tasks to deliver an effective service.
  • Provide excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements

  • Highly organized and able to manage workload effectively.
  • Excellent IT/Systems skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including working from home.
