About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Transformation Officer to join our dynamic team at Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Transformation Team, you will play a vital role in supporting our acute and community services across Tameside & Glossop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, contributing to the standardization of administrative systems and processes.
  • Undertake filing duties and inputting of data around the service needs within the Transformation Team.
  • Complete other general administration duties as required by the team, such as managing notice boards, answering telephone calls, and managing the team email inbox.
  • Support the team by managing diaries, scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events as required.
  • Coordinate, prepare, and disseminate documentation in relation to projects and their associated meetings.
  • Prepare agendas and take notes where appropriate, contributing to the corporate management style of the team to develop, implement, and maintain effective office systems and procedures.
