The Role

We are in search of a Transformation Project Manager to become an integral part of our Transformation and Improvement Team.

This position is crucial to the council's strategic objectives aimed at enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency through innovative transformation initiatives.

As a key contributor within the Transformation Team, you will be tasked with delivering program management support across various services as part of the Transformation Agenda.

About You

Under the guidance of the Transformation Business Partner, you will play a vital role in the development and execution of complex, high-value projects and initiatives, taking direct responsibility for administrative and project support.

A Business Support Officer will assist in effectively coordinating resources, ensuring that project documentation is prepared and disseminated in line with project timelines and deadlines. You will collaborate with colleagues across staffing, finance, ICT, and other departments.
