About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Greater Manchester Police team as a Systems and Office Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing IT and operational support for the Central Ticket Office, ensuring that all computer systems are maintained and in working order.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide IT and operational support for all computer systems specific to the Central Ticket Office.
  • Resolve and manage day-to-day computer and IT issues within the CTO, ensuring all equipment / systems are maintained and in working order in liaison with internal IS Branch, external relevant agencies and national bodies.
  • Liaise with the Information Compliance Department as required in order to provide information to respond to Freedom Of Information (FOI) requests.
  • Provide operational and technical advice to management in relation to statistics in road behaviour.
  • Act as the GMP administrator for Pentip.
Requirements
  • Evidence of relevant experience and qualifications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
