Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Specification Sales. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing your territory, establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your territory to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with M&E consultants, main contractors, and other key stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the specification sector
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Provide sales support and guidance to the sales team
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in specification sales or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the building services industry and its key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
