Customer Service Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Assessment Centre team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily sessions, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with our clinical colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily appointment sessions to optimize productivity and customer satisfaction
- Make reminder calls to customers and monitor session progress, ensuring timely completion of assessments
- Identify and address any issues or concerns, escalating them to the relevant teams as needed
- Work closely with other Assessment Centres, teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and workflow
- Provide a professional and welcoming service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with the Team Performance Lead to ensure sessions run smoothly and to schedule
- Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, including General Practitioner surgeries, Hospitals, and Department of Work and Pensions
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing post, ensuring all files are accurately processed and forwarded to the correct Assessment Centre
Requirements
- GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English
- IT literacy with good Microsoft Office skills
- Experience in dealing with internal and external stakeholders (desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the business and our customers
