Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service over email and telephone
  • Provide proactive and commercial account administration
  • Maintain accurate customer databases for business development purposes
  • Communicate effectively and liaise with other departments to solve problems or answer customer queries
  • Administer returns and process accurate refunds
  • Monitor online payment details to reduce risk of fraudulent orders
  • Monitor customer feedback and payment merchants, including accuracy of online terms, case and resolution handling
  • Book shipping and transport using logistics providers
  • Coordinate order fulfilment
  • Perform ad hoc customer service/sales administration
About You
  • Fluent in Spoken and Written German and English
  • Customer service/administration background and familiar with CRM systems
  • Provide a courteous and professional service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Great team player, motivated by helping solve customers' problems
  • Experience in a professional environment preferable
  • Strong MS Office and Excel skills
  • Proficiency with systems
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Conscientious and hard-working
