Customer Service Administrator - German Language

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent German speaking Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Zenith People LTD. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service via email and telephone, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries.
  • Administer commercial account management, maintaining accurate customer databases for business development purposes.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve customer issues and answer queries.
  • Process returns and refunds accurately, while monitoring online payment details to minimize risk of fraudulent orders.
  • Coordinate order fulfillment, shipping, and transport using logistics providers.
  • Perform ad hoc customer service and sales administration tasks.

Requirements:

  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Previous customer service experience, with a strong background in MS Office and Excel.
  • Proficiency in systems and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Able to multitask, manage workload, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Articulate, confident, and friendly manner.
