About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Newburn, Newcastle upon Tyne. As a key member of our client's friendly team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inbound sales calls, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
  • Take inbound sales calls and respond to customer queries
  • Perform data entry and work on Excel
  • Assist with filing and maintaining internal documents
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good writing skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with Excel and data entry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Driver with own vehicle (desirable)
Working Hours
  • Monday to Thursday: 8am-5pm
  • Friday: 8am-4pm
