Job Title: Colleague Service Assistant

Service Care Solutions - Legal is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Colleague Service Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Colleague Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal customers, ensuring accurate and timely completion of administration tasks related to the colleague lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Colleague Lifecycle Administration: Complete all required administration tasks, including drafting letters and maintaining accurate colleague records.
  • HR System Management: Ensure the HR system is accurately maintained and workflows for all people and payroll information are managed.
  • Payroll and Records: Process changes to records, send and record confirmation paperwork, and complete all calculations relating to payroll, deductions, and pensions.
  • Support and Guidance: Provide guidance and information to managers and colleagues on policies, terms and conditions, and payroll as needed.
  • Data Analysis: Interpret data from the HR system and produce relevant reports as required.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and payroll software.
