Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Colleague Service Advisor to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our Colleague Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our internal customers, ensuring accurate and timely completion of administration tasks related to the colleague lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Colleague Lifecycle Administration: Complete all required administration tasks, including drafting letters and maintaining accurate colleague records.
  • HR System Management: Ensure the HR system is accurately maintained and workflows for all people and payroll information are managed.
  • Record Management: Process changes to records, send and record confirmation paperwork.
  • Absence and Leavers: Process all data relating to absence and leavers to relevant deadlines.
  • Payroll and Pensions: Complete all calculations relating to payroll, deductions, and pensions, ensuring these are accurate and making any necessary adjustments.
  • Support and Guidance: Support colleagues and directorates with queries relating to people changes and payroll, and provide guidance and information on policies, terms and conditions, and payroll where necessary.
  • Data Analysis: Interpret data from the HR system as and when required, producing relevant reports.
  • KPIs and SLAs: Meet relevant KPIs and SLAs.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a high level of attention to detail and be able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
