Job Summary

The North East Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resource Scheduling Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the Scheduling Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient allocation of resources to meet the demands of the service.

Main Responsibilities

As a Resource Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the scheduling of resources to meet operational demands
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records of staff availability and working patterns
  • Ensuring compliance with Working Time Directive Regulations and Data Protection Act requirements
  • Providing analytical and statistical information to support operational decision-making
  • Collaborating with operational staff to identify and implement process improvements
