About the Role

The North East Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resource Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Operations Directorate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient allocation of resources and staff to meet the demands of our service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively support Operational/Support staff in Resource Administration and coordination.
  • Ensure the accuracy and compliance of core rotas and information held on the Global Rostering System (GRS) with Working Time Directive Regulations and Data Protection Act requirements.
  • Manage staff hours, annual leave, and other absences in line with service level agreements and working time legislation.
  • Provide timely and accurate analytical and statistical information from the Rostering system.

Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 or Diploma in a relevant discipline or significant previous relevant experience.
  • Experience of database management, time management, and working within a team.
  • Excellent IT, literacy, and numeracy skills, with the ability to analyze reports and interpret complex statistical data.
