Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to clients via email and telephone, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Account Administration: Maintain accurate customer databases for business development purposes, ensuring up-to-date information and seamless communication.
- Problem-Solving: Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve customer queries and issues, providing timely and professional solutions.
- Order Fulfillment: Coordinate order fulfillment, including booking shipping and transport using logistics providers.
- Ad Hoc Administration: Provide ad hoc customer service and sales administration support as required.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluency in spoken and written Dutch and English.
