We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisor in Newcastle. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Dutch-speaking customers via live chat, email, and phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers to resolve queries and provide support
  • Solve problems efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly
  • Manage customer interactions professionally, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Dutch
  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others
  • Flexibility to work a rotational shift pattern, including late nights
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
