Customer Service Representative German Speaking Work at Home

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to provide excellent service to our Dutch-speaking customers as a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via live chat, email, and phone to resolve queries and provide support.
- Solve problems efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Fluency in Dutch – Essential for this role.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
- Flexibility to work a rotational shift pattern, including late nights.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.

About the Role:
This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both from home and from our client's Newcastle office, with a salary of £24,000 per year.
As a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our Dutch-speaking customers, resolving queries and providing support via live chat, email, and phone.
With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will work efficiently to solve problems while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Fluency in Dutch is essential for this role, and you will also need to possess strong customer service skills, a passion for helping others, and flexibility to work a rotational shift pattern, including late nights.
