About the Role:
MTrec Commercial is seeking a highly skilled German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from consumers and distributors in German and English, addressing customer inquiries, and providing quality advice and information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from consumers and distributors in German and English
- Address customer inquiries via telephone and email
- Provide quality advice and information to consumers and distributors
- Resolve queries and keep customers updated on the status of their enquiries
- Process inbound calls accurately and efficiently
- Make effective use of downtime by assisting colleagues with other tasks
- Set an example to the team with a positive and professional attitude, always delivering the highest level of customer service
- Fulfill any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Fluent in German and English
- Customer service background and experience in a contact centre or call handling
- Ability to provide a courteous and professional service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Great team player with a motivation to help solve customer problems
- Home internet connection
