Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills in German to provide exceptional support to our clients. As a German Speaking Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a high level of service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators

  • Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
