About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Coordinator to join our team at Boeing EASA IPT. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing training programs, events, and activities to ensure the highest level of technical excellence and safety in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Program Management: Develop, implement, and manage training programs for Boeing EASA IPT employees, including curriculum design, instructor training, and program evaluation.
  • Event Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute training events, conferences, and workshops, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality delivery.
  • Training Materials Development: Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations, to support employee learning and development.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance training programs, processes, and employee engagement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, training, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in training coordination, management, or a related field, preferably in the aviation industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and experience with learning management systems (LMS).
