We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our team at Boeing. As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering internal and external training programs, creating and managing staff training registers, and organizing training events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Program Administration: Coordinate and administer internal and external training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Staff Training Register Management: Create and manage staff training registers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of employee training and development.
  • Training Event Organization: Organize and support training events, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
  • New Starter Training: Establish and administer new starter training programs, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
  • Meeting and Minutes: Attend training-related meetings and take minutes, ensuring accurate records of discussions and decisions.
  • Training Opportunities: Identify new internal and external training opportunities, and recommend them to stakeholders.
