We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Coordinator to join our team at Boeing EASA IPT. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing training programs, events, and activities to ensure the highest level of technical excellence and safety in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Program Management: Develop, implement, and manage training programs for Boeing EASA IPT employees, including curriculum design, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Training Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute training events, conferences, and workshops to promote knowledge sharing and skill development among team members.
  • Training Materials Development: Create and maintain high-quality training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources, to support training programs.
  • Training Evaluation and Improvement: Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement to ensure continuous learning and development.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of training programs and activities.
Requirements
