Job Description

Primary Purpose

This role is responsible for coordinating the process of collecting, evaluating, and improving technical information and documentation for automation projects and products.The incumbent collaborates with EPO/PDC/BTDC to identify the most appropriate spare part solution for products, including new vs reman, repaired, and complete assembly vs single parts replacement.They serve as the main contact and knowledge base for automated products, supporting internal, dealer, and supplier personnel.Collaboration with procurement to define and maintain service level and warranty agreements for suppliers of automated systems.Collaboration with the Product Improvement Engineering Team for product quality enhancement.Coordination and delivery of technical training classes and programs for dealers, selected customers, and internal personnel for automated systems.Creation of troubleshooting guidelines.Ensuring diagnostic tools are available at ML3 and aligned with the global strategy.

Key Accountabilities

Supporting the development, process definition, and continual improvement of automated systems, including troubleshooting guidelines and diagnostic tools availability.Collecting relevant information and collaborating on the development of global technical training packages and technical publications for automated systems.Delivery of service training on automated systems and related technology.Spare parts strategy definition and support for PDC/EPO/BTDC on RSPL creation.Dealer communications.

Knowledge & Skills Required

Preferred bachelor's or master's degree from a technical university (electronics, automotive, or other related to the position) or equivalent experience.5-7 years of experience.Technology and product knowledge.Communication skills.English and one other European language required, spoken and written.
