About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Leader to join our team at Boeing. As a Cabin Interior Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplined team and providing technical leadership across all EASA IPT interior programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of cabin interior engineering activities across BGS EASA Mods and ensure all products and services are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Manage employees performing engineering design and certification activities and implement and enforce engineering functional excellence in people, processes, tools, and practices.
  • Drive the development and execution of technical projects and process plans, implement policies and procedures, and set effective operational goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
  • Manage, develop, and motivate employees, including skill, career, and talent development across cabin interior teams.

Requirements:

  • Degree from an accredited course of study in aerospace or other safety-critical engineering.
  • Significant experience managing or leading teams in multi-disciplined matrix organisations.
  • Extensive experience working in an EASA Design Organisation (DOA) or similar aerospace fields.
