About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Coordinator to join our team at Boeing EASA IPT. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing training programs, ensuring that all employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Program Management: Develop, implement, and manage training programs to meet the needs of our employees and the organization.
  • Training Delivery: Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and conferences to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Training Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Training Budget Management: Manage the training budget to ensure that it is used effectively and efficiently.
  • Training Communication: Communicate training information and updates to employees and management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, training, or human resources.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in training coordination or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
