Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team at SERV Recruitment. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in delivering customer outcomes to key clients across EMEA.
About the Role:
- Be the main relationship owner for key EMEA-based clients
- Act as the go-to contact for all areas, from technical integration, product implementation & on-boarding
- Work closely with our account, product, and technical delivery teams
- Deliver quarterly business reviews to reflect the value the customer derives from their products
- Identify upsell opportunities, leverage them, and discuss them directly with the customer
Requirements:
- 3+ years of background in Customer Success/Account Management/equivalent role.
- Experience working in a tech B2B company, with a SaaS product.
- Ability to understand complex technology and explain it simply.
- Prior experience in onboarding/project management/training.
- Genuine passion for the sports industry
