Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Director to lead our strategic account management efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving customer success, growth, and retention across our key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive growth and retention across key accounts.
  • Lead a team of customer success managers to ensure exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement customer success metrics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of our customer engagement efforts.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, management consultancy, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models and customer success best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
