- Lead a team of customer success managers to ensure exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement customer success metrics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of our customer engagement efforts.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, management consultancy, or related fields.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models and customer success best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
