About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Customer Success to join our team at BlueOptima. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth across our strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key customers, providing strategic guidance and support to ensure their success and growth.
  • Account Management: Directly manage and oversee the customer success strategy for one of our strategic accounts, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer success strategies, enabling us to drive growth and retention.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer success, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, management consultancy, or related fields.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer success best practices.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage individuals and teams to achieve high performance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
