The Role

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist at TalkTalk Business, you will play a crucial role in managing our portfolio of accounts, ensuring revenue maximization and risk mitigation while maintaining high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The Team

We are a dedicated small team focused on maximizing cash flow and minimizing bad debts to support the company's financial goals. We support a diverse range of businesses, from sole traders to national retailers. Managing the customer journey from application to invoicing, resolving customer queries while building and maintaining great customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with external customers and support teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience, resulting in high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Responsible for maximizing cash collections for TalkTalk Business by ensuring timely invoice payments within your account portfolio.
  • Working independently and as part of a team to exceed financial and quality key performance indicators.

Skills and Experience We Are Looking For

  • A performance-driven attitude with a desire to achieve.
  • A thorough understanding of aged debt buckets and the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
  • An understanding of risk management and the ability to manage movement in risk mitigation while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • A strong sense of ownership and personal responsibility for your decisions and actions within a compliant framework.

How You Will Work

At TalkTalk Business, we understand the importance of flexibility and connection in the workplace. That's why we have adopted a hybrid approach to working. Our aim is for our full-time team to spend 3 days a week at our HQ with the remaining days offering the option to work from home.
