The Role
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist at TalkTalk Business, you will be instrumental in managing our portfolio of accounts, ensuring revenue maximization and risk mitigation while maintaining high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
The Team
We are a dedicated small team focused on maximizing cash flow and minimizing bad debts to support the company's financial goals. We support a diverse range of businesses, from sole traders to national retailers. Managing the customer journey from application to invoicing, resolving customer queries while building and maintaining great customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with external customers and support teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience, resulting in high customer satisfaction scores.
- Responsible for maximizing cash collections for TalkTalk Business by ensuring timely invoice payments within your account portfolio.
- Working independently and as part of a team to exceed financial and quality key performance indicators.
Skills and Experience We Are Looking For
- A performance-driven attitude with a desire to achieve.
- A thorough understanding of aged debt buckets and the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
- An understanding of risk management and the ability to manage movement in risk mitigation while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

How You Will Work
