Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Collections Team Leader to enhance our financial operations at AJ Bell Business Solutions Limited.

The Collections function works closely with various departments and the wider financial management team to ensure that effective collections strategies, policies, and procedures are established, adhering to industry standards and compliance requirements.

Lead the collections initiatives and design activities to address intricate requirements focused on financial security, including executing user account recertification campaigns.


  • Conduct access management tasks such as user account evaluations, facilitating the onboarding and offboarding of user accounts, and overseeing role-based access management (RBAC).
  • Stay informed about financial security challenges and best practices related to risk management. Provide guidance on new application integrations in accordance with AJ Bell's collections framework and protocols.
  • Proficiency in Privileged Access Management and Identity Governance and Access Management.
  • Technical knowledge in security with familiarity in relevant technical architecture, environments, platforms, and industry practices.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Active Directory, SailPoint, ADFS, Azure AD, CyberArk, and PowerShell Scripts.
  • Capability to plan, take initiative, organize, and follow through on assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to critically assess approaches, strategies, and implementations to ensure that financial security is consistently prioritized and enhanced.
