About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Management Accountant to work closely with the Finance Director and CFO, and be part of the senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing management accounts and month-end reports, conducting financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, and developing and managing budgets and financial forecasts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare management accounts and month-end reports, including P&L, balance sheet, accruals, journals, and prepayments.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and financial efficiency.
  • Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts, working closely with non-finance stakeholders.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and business partnering with non-finance stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven Management Accounts skills, with a strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in financial software and systems.
  • Hold a relevant accounting qualification, such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or QBE.

What We Offer
