About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Controller to join our Record to Report team within Co-op Business Services (CBS). As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the commercial performance of our business, ensuring timely payments for products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a debt ledger, chasing payments and documenting all correspondence accurately.
  • Regularly update the Credit Manager on areas of concern and provide risk management insights.
  • Build strong internal relationships and contribute to a high-performance team ethos through training and mentoring.
  • Carry out monthly working capital reporting and query resolution.
  • Work on cash flow and direct debit forecasting.
Requirements
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong credit control experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving with the ability to work independently.
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, and basic formulas).
