Job Title: Senior Credit Control Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Control Specialist to join our team at Bibby Financial Services Ireland. As a Senior Credit Control Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, reviewing and analyzing financial data, and establishing relationships with clients to ensure timely payment of debts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, including reviewing and analyzing financial data to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients to ensure timely payment of debts
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce bad debt
  • Work closely with the credit control team to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Provide training and support to junior team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in credit control and debt recovery, preferably in a financial services environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
