Job Summary

Executive Connect LTD is seeking a highly skilled Credit Collections Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our credit management team, you will be responsible for recovering all funds invoiced to clients within the terms and conditions set by the company and within the boundaries of the policies set by the company and within the law of the land.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recover all funds invoiced to clients within the terms and conditions set by the company and within the boundaries of the policies set by the company and within the law of the land.
  • Reduce the Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and aging provisions in place to optimize cash flow and profit for each entity within your remit.
  • Manage the reduction and allocation of payment and credit notes on ledgers.
  • Collaborate with field associates and customer service to act as an additional contact to clients and negotiate settlements with clients.
  • Consult with customers to resolve complaints and verify financial and credit transactions.
  • Assist in financial analysis of credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved and extend credit facilities accordingly.
  • Release orders daily and assist in the assessment and decision-making on release of orders on delinquent or disputed accounts.
  • Process court papers and documentation within the European Court system.
  • Maintain good standards of system operation and data quality.
  • Identify and highlight disputed invoices to the dispute resolution team and drive resolution of disputes in a timely manner.
  • Highlight allocation requirements to the accounts receivable team and request refunds, write-offs, and write-backs in accordance with company policy.
  • Request remits for payments received and provide copy documents.
  • Forecasting and analysis of credit data and financial statements.
Requirements
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Standard efficiency with numeracy and English literacy.
  • Attitude toward credit management.
  • Confirmed by Credit Services Standard testing.
