About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Management Accountant to work closely with the Finance Director and CFO, contributing to the company's strategic decision-making process. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing management accounts, conducting financial analysis, and developing budgets and financial forecasts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, accruals, journals, and prepayments for the region.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and financial efficiency.
  • Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects, collaborating with non-finance stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Build strong relationships with business partners, providing financial insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in management accounting, with a strong understanding of financial software and systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or QBE.
