Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Director to join our team at Maxwell Bond, a leading Managed Service Provider in the UK. As a Sales Account Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and building long-lasting relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic planning and execution, resulting in increased revenue and growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet annual revenue targets, focusing on cross-selling and upselling existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to our clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing key accounts in the MSP or IT industries.
- Ability to develop and bring on new business as well as growing existing accounts at scale.
- Confidence in presenting to customers, internal stakeholders, and prospective clients.
