Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Bupa. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our intermediaries, identifying sales opportunities, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and grow revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with intermediaries, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities, providing quotes, training, and support to our field sales team.
  • Proactively foster and develop excellent working relationships with our intermediaries and internal partners.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records, updating systems as needed.

Requirements:

  • A bright, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual with confident and engaging communication skills.
  • A self-starter with a resilient and determined approach.
  • An accomplished rapport-builder with excellent listening skills and the ability to identify needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent organization skills, with the ability to manage your own workload and plan your own day.
  • Good IT and keyboard skills, including CRM and the MS suite.
