About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hard Services Supervisor to join our team at EMCOR UK. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for supervising the effective and efficient running of our onsite hard services function, which includes Electrical, Mechanical, and Building fabric disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily PPM work schedules and reactive tasks for our maintenance teams.
  • Coordinate and control all documents and reports associated with these works and conduct audit checks to meet cGMP standards.
  • Manage staff ongoing training requirements and liaise closely with the HVAC, Porterage, and Soft Services teams to ensure effective stakeholder liaison.
  • Plan and execute subcontractor visits and liaise with the Hard Services Manager to produce a monthly planning schedule.
  • Identify and address SLA failures and resource shortfalls, and drive operational efficiencies through positive challenge and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of facilities management principles.
  • Diploma or equivalent technical qualifications, with BIFM, CIBSE, or similar certifications.
  • Knowledge of BMS, PCS systems, and clean room maintenance testing equipment.
