Position Overview

As a Digital Merchandising Specialist, you will play a vital role in shaping the online customer experience for our luxury brand. Your primary focus will be ensuring that our website presents a visually appealing and engaging platform, consistently reflecting our high standards.

You will collaborate closely with various teams to execute product merchandising plans, optimize site navigation, and analyze performance data to drive sales and enhance the customer journey.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Visual Merchandising:
    • Implement product sequencing within categories across all website pages to maximize average order value (AOV) and conversion rates (CVR).
    • Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the entire online journey by meticulously reviewing product pages, category pages, cross-sells, search keywords, navigational elements, and more.
    • Maintain and optimize product attribution for our diverse product assortment.
    • Guarantee that products have all necessary data and imagery for timely launches, promptly resolving any issues that arise.
    • Conduct daily site audits, including data analysis and site optimization strategies.
    • Analyze best-selling products and stock levels in response to trading performance and upcoming promotional activities to optimize online sales.
    • Execute site navigation, customer journey, and product placement strategies outlined in the Visual Merchandising plan or as directed by senior team members, incorporating seasonal insights.
  • Analysis & Reporting:
    • Prepare and present weekly and ad hoc trading performance reports to the team, identifying actionable insights using reporting tools such as Adobe Analytics, Edited, and Content Square. Analyze key metrics against week-over-week (WoW) and year-over-year (YoY) comparisons.
    • Support and update the trade calendar in accordance with regional trading events and product launches.
    • Collaborate closely with DTC merchandising teams to ensure stock opportunities are maximized for the Digital Channel. Provide feedback on key product trends, risks, and opportunities to our buying and merchandising team as well as the wider trade team.
    • Monitor the performance of site storefronts and report and analyze key onsite metrics.

    • Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and problem-solving.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in digital merchandising.
