Customer Service Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Switchboard Operator to join our team at Worcestershire Royal Hospital. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in connecting callers to the right departments and personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering internal and external calls in a timely and efficient manner
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to callers
- Operating the internal bleep system and maintaining accurate records
- Proactively updating and maintaining the computer database of hospital personnel and departments
- Performing various administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations
About You
We are looking for a reliable and team-oriented individual with excellent communication and clerical skills. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
