We are currently looking for an Account Handler to enhance our growing Private Clients team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a successful group and deepen your expertise in High-net-worth insurance. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our existing clients and working collaboratively with your team to achieve shared goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain enduring relationships with Private or High-Net-Worth Clients.
- Exhibit a strong commitment to outstanding customer service, addressing the needs of our valued clients.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to manage larger accounts from initiation through to completion.
- Demonstrate persistence and business insight to uncover opportunities for clients and secure optimal results.
- Show a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, enhancing your insurance knowledge and working towards becoming Cert CII qualified.
- Engage in consultative practices, employing effective questioning and active listening to fully understand client needs and provide tailored advice and solutions.
