Account Handler

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Handler to join our growing Private Clients team at Howden Group Holdings. As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with the wider team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with Private or High-Net-Worth clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with colleagues to support on larger accounts, attending meetings, taking notes, and communicating with insurers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify and explore opportunities for existing clients to drive the best possible outcome, demonstrating a business curiosity and tenacity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge, expanding your insurance expertise and becoming certified in relevant areas.
- Consult with clients to understand their requirements, advise on products and solutions, and refer identified opportunities to drive business growth.
