Your Role:

We are currently looking for an Account Handler to join our growing Private Clients team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a highly successful group and to deepen your expertise in High-net-worth insurance. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with existing Private or High-Net-Worth clients.
  • Demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service, addressing the needs of our valued clients.
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues to support larger accounts throughout their lifecycle.
  • Exhibiting tenacity and a keen business acumen to identify opportunities and achieve the best outcomes for clients.
  • Embracing a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment, enhancing your insurance knowledge and working towards becoming Cert CII qualified.
  • Employing a consultative approach, effective questioning, and active listening to fully understand client needs and provide tailored advice and solutions.
